Subscription

KOKORO lingua offers several products available through subscription plans with automatic renewal. The videos are accessible online on the Learnybox platform. 

  • 6-month subscription:
  • 1 new video available each week in your account, totaling 27 videos released over the period.
  • Automatic renewal every 6 months by default. You can switch to the 12-month plan in the "My Account / Subscription" page.
  • 12-month subscription:
  • 1 new video available each week in your account, totaling 54 videos released over the period.
  • Automatic renewal every 12 months for the same duration.
  • 24-month subscription:
  • 1 new video available each week in your account, totaling 108 videos released over the period.
  • After 24 months, automatic renewal every 12 months for 12 months.

At the end of the selected subscription, the subscription fees will automatically renew each year at the full rate in effect at the time of the initial KOKORO lingua video subscription. 

The My KOKORO Friends program offers direct access to all the videos in its program (currently over 10 videos).

The subscription lasts for 12 months with automatic renewal for the same duration. Subscription fees will be automatically renewed each year at the full rate applicable at the time of the initial subscription.

Unsubscription

You can cancel your subscription(s) at any time. Simply send us an email at [email protected].

Please make sure to include:

  • Your first name
  • Your last name
  • The email address associated with your KOKORO account
  • The subscription you wish to cancel
  • And the reason for your cancellation.

Your subscription will then end at the end of the current billing period.
